DALIBOR ZDRAVEVSKI

Dalibor Zdravevski began his professional journey as a Registered General Nurse (RGN), gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field. After completing his Adult Nurse Bank 5 training, he pursued further education, achieving a Level 4 Diploma in Education and Training, followed by a Level 5 Diploma in the same field. His commitment to continuous learning also led him to complete a Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) and a Level 4 qualification in Internal Quality Assurance (IQA).

With two years of hands-on experience as a nurse, Dalibor recognized the importance of high-quality training in healthcare. Driven by his passion for teaching and sharing knowledge, he transitioned into a career as a trainer. Now, as the General Manager of his own training center, Dalibor is dedicated to delivering the best possible training for his staff, healthcare professionals, and companies. His mission is to enhance the skills and knowledge of those in the industry, ensuring that they are well-prepared to provide excellent care.

Dalibor’s journey from a nurse to a trainer and General Manager reflects his deep commitment to both healthcare and education. His training center stands as a testament to his dedication to raising standards in healthcare training and providing professionals with the tools they need to succeed.

Brankica Zdravevska

Brankica Zdravevska is a highly skilled Business and Health Care Manager with over 5 years of experience in Health and Social Care Training. As a Business and Health Care Manager, Brankica’s focus is on delivering high-quality training and management solutions that meet the needs of both staff and clients. Her commitment to excellence and her ability to foster a positive and productive work environment make her an invaluable asset to any organisation run smoothly. Her expertise in training and development has empowered countless individuals in the health and social care sector, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.

Kiro Jordanov

Kiro Jordanov has dedicated his life to teaching, with a career spanning across various countries in Europe and North Macedonia. His passion for education and language has taken him on a remarkable journey, where he has inspired countless students along the way. As a seasoned ESOL lecturer, Kiro has developed a reputation for his engaging teaching style and deep understanding of language learning.

In addition to his work as a lecturer, Kiro is also an accomplished author and professional writer, having published four books. His love for writing and education has always gone hand in hand, enriching both his teaching and literary work.

Kiro made the decision to bring his expertise to England, where he continues to make a positive impact in the field of education. At TLC Academy, he currently teaches the Level 3 Diploma in Management and Level 3 Business Administration courses, helping students develop the skills they need for their future careers. From January 1st, Kiro will also be taking on the role of Functional Skills English teacher, further expanding his influence and contributing to the success of his students.

Natasha Dimitrova Spasovska

Natasha Dimitrova Spasovska is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Management with Foundation Year. She serves as both an Examinations Officer and Recruitment Officer specializing in apprenticeships. Her role as an Examinations Officer involves ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of exams, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

In her capacity as a Recruitment Officer, Natasha focuses on sourcing and placing talented apprentices, helping organizations find the right candidates to meet their needs. Her combined expertise in business management and recruitment allows her to excel in creating pathways for aspiring professionals.
