DALIBOR ZDRAVEVSKI

Dalibor Zdravevski began his professional journey as a Registered General Nurse (RGN), gaining extensive experience in various healthcare settings. After completing his Adult Nurse Bank 5 training, he pursued further education in teaching and assessing, achieving a Level 4 Diploma in Education and Training, a Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA), and a Level 4 qualification in Internal Quality Assurance (IQA).

With over 10 years of experience as both a nurse and nurse trainer, Dalibor understands the vital connection between hands-on care and high-quality training.

His passion for sharing knowledge and raising standards in healthcare led him to transition into teaching — and eventually to open his own training centre.Now, as General Manager of his own healthcare training centre, Dalibor is committed to delivering outstanding training to healthcare professionals, care providers, and companies across the UK. His mission is simple: to empower others with the skills and confidence they need to provide excellent care.

Dalibor’s journey from frontline nurse to trusted trainer and manager is a reflection of his dedication to education, patient safety, and lifelong learning. At TLC Academy, his leadership ensures that quality, integrity, and compassion are at the heart of everything we do.

Brankica Zdravevska

Brankica Zdravevska is an experienced and highly efficient Administrative and Student Support Lead at TLC Academy. With over 5 years of experience in Health and Social Care Training and Management, Brankica plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the academy.

Her expertise lies in handling student enquiries, course bookings, and administrative support for both learners and tutors. Whether it’s guiding a new student through enrolment or coordinating course schedules, Brankica ensures that every step of the process is seamless, friendly, and professional.

Known for her commitment to excellence, Brankica creates a positive and organised environment that supports both staff and students. Her attention to detail, communication skills, and deep understanding of the education and care sector make her an asset to our team and a trusted point of contact for learners.
